Great Barrier Reef
The Great Barrier Reef can be divided into 3 seperate parts which are all displayed in diferent colours. The Northen Reef is displayed in Red, the Central Reef is displayed in Green, and the Southern Reef is diplayed in Blue. The Y-axis displays the reef coverage, and the X-axis displays the year.
There were three major dips in coral coverage. Around 1990, 2010, and 2015 we can see that the coral coverage dropped dramatically. This coencides with stressing factors such as heat waves, hurricanes, and outbraks of invasive species. What is worse though, is that each dip has gotten worse than it's predicesor. If serious action isn't taken now, these stressing factors will continue to worsen and eventualy we may not have a Great Barrier Reef left.
